As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents, young adults and individuals with disabilities experiencing a wide variety of psychological, academic, behavioral and relational problems. I have worked with these populations for over 21 years in various agencies and educational settings.
I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University and have a Post Master’s Certificate in Clinical Practice with Adolescents and Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. Furthering my professional education, I received Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) training from New York Center for Infants & Toddlers and became a Certified Coach Practitioner through the Certified Coaches Federation. Most recently, I received the “Recognition of Excellent Service in Social Work” award from the National Association Social Worker, United Way of New York City, Qualified Clinical Social Worker (QCSW) and Queens Borough President Melinda Katz.
Each stage of life; childhood, adolescence and young adulthood, has its' own set of changes and challenges which can be difficult to navigate. My goal is to provide clients with a safe and supportive environment to freely express their thoughts and feelings. With this in place we can work towards developing healthy problem-solving skills, improving self-esteem, increasing academic success, learning stronger communication skills, enhancing familial and social relationships, and an overall healthy, mental and emotional development. Where called for I will work collaboratively with schools, parents and outside sources to offer the most comprehensive treatment for my client.

Rates
PSYCHOTHERAPY RATES
The fee for an individual psychotherapy session is $150 for 45-minutes, and $200 for one hour.
Sliding scale fee rates are available for those experiencing financial hardship.
COACHING RATES
Individual Coaching Session (50-minutes): $150
Individual Intensive Session (90-minutes): $250
10 Session Intensive Coaching Package: $1500 (Save $100)
Initial 90-minute session, followed by nine private coaching sessions, for 50-minutes each with email support in between.
Follow Up Coaching Package: $600 (Save $150)
Five private coaching sessions, for 50-minutes each with email support in between.
All coaching packages must be paid in advance.
A complimentary 15-minute phone consultation is available for psychotherapy and coaching services.
INSURANCE
I take PPO insurance plans as an out of network provider. This means that, if you have insurance which allows you to go out of network, your insurance company will reimburse you for my services. I will provide you with an invoice at the beginning of each month for the previous one with all the necessary coding and information that insurance companies require to process your claim for reimbursement. Contact your insurance company to see if your plan covers out of network mental health professionals. They may cover a high percentage of my fee.
Here are the important questions to ask them:

Do I have out of network coverage for mental health?

What is my out of network deductible, if any, and have other medical expenses met it?

What is the dollar amount or percentage that they will reimburse per therapy session?
There are many companies that have “out of network” coverage such as: Aetna, Oxford, United Behavioral Health, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, GHI and Magellan to name a few.
PAYMENT
Payment methods are cash, check, Zelle or charge and are expected on a weekly basis.
